Dear Woke Christian,
Have you ever thought of HOW God changes us into the image of His dear Son? Like what’s the vehicle to change us? Check out 2 Corinthians 3:18. The avenue is us beholding His Glory and vehicle is the Gospel. The more we meditate on the Gospel the more we focus on Christ and slowly the Holy Spirit begins to make us like Him. It goes without saying that we’ll never be perfect here in this life and we will mess up, but He’s our goal. He’s our prize.
Through the constant retelling, meditating and considering the Gospel our affections, mindsets and even our heart changes. God promised to charge our stoney, cold heart for a heart of flesh Ezekiel 11:18-20.
