Donor Agreement

1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms for making donations to Dear Woke Christian, a content creation platform. We offer both one-time and recurring donation options to support our growth and ongoing content creation.

2. Donation Types

One-Time Donations: Open for any amount without specific obligations.
Recurring Donations: Offered in three tiers:
Supporters Club: $5 per month
Pen Pals: $10 per month
Note Takers Club: $15 per month
Lifetime Membership: A one-time donation of $500 for lifetime membership.

3. Use of Donations
All donations received will be reinvested into the platform to support and expand our content creation efforts.

4. Donor Acknowledgment

New members will receive a public shout-out on our Instagram and YouTube channels.
All donors will receive a private thank-you message.

5. Donation Refund Policy

One-time donations are non-refundable.
Recurring donations may be canceled but are non-refundable once processed.

6. Donor Privacy

Donors have the option to remain anonymous.
No donor information will be shared with third parties.
All donors will receive a private thank-you email, irrespective of their choice for public acknowledgment.

7. Tax Deduction Information

Donations to Dear Woke Christian are not tax-deductible as we are not a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

8. Payment Processing

Donations are processed via Stripe.
Donors are subject to Stripe’s privacy policy and terms & conditions.

9. Legal Compliance

Dear Woke Christian operates within the legal requirements for content creators and donation-based platforms but is not subject to specific legal compliances for accepting donations.

By making a donation, donors agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
