The hand of God

Dear Woke Christian,

I get it, now. It is really easy to see the issues of the past and even today and “know” they’re racist. I get it.

There is one slight issue and it’s buggered me for a while. In this world view there is no hand of God. In order to buy into “woke Christianity” I have to deny that God is working all things for my good. And by all I mean all. So basically to embrace a form of deoism to be down with Wokeanda. I mention this because I’ve been reading up on The Reformation in England and Europe as a whole. For a while I’ve wondered “why” so much was happening there rather than other parts of the world or region. But to ask that question I’d need to go back to Abraham and ask if there wasn’t a sun-worshipper in South America God could’ve used. Or if there wasn’t a guy wiht a propencity to follow directions in Middle Africa. I mean are you telling me that there were NO qualified “fathers of the faith” in Asia? Really?

But that’s the rub. It’s God’s redemptive story being played out to his perfect script. For whatever reason He chose to move in this way. And similarly He chose to use Europe as the springboard for much of what we understand today. Does that take away from any of the advancements of other cultures? No, not at all. It only shows that Psalm 115:3 is true. Our God does sit in the Heavans and He does do whatever He pleases.

Naw, I am going to pass. I can see God moving all of creation, even the bad things in His perfect plan. So I take it back, I don’t get it. I don’t get it at all.

The tale of three churches

Dear Woke Christian,

Earlier I told you that we had “examples” in the Bible and I want to share what I mean. The Corinthians were putting a lot of attention on gifts of the Spirit. They had gone so far as to ignore the fruit of the Spirit going after the gifts. The Galatians were putting an emphesis on adding rituals to God’s free grace in Christ. They already had salvation in Him, but they wanted to hedge their bets, I guess. The Colossians were adding rules and regulations to the life of the Christian. None of these gifts, rituals or rules were approved by God and addressed very sternly by Paul.

CRT is the perfect mix of all three churches. Gifts, what can I get for me. Use your “privlege” to help me. Rituals, what are you doing for me. Maybe it’s a symbol or a colored flag. Somehow you need to show that you support me. Rules people have done certain things and they need to follow these steps to make it right.

Each of these three churches received harsh rebukes from Paul for adding to the Gospel. That’s the point that I beleive CRT people don’t realize. They’re adding to the Gospel. It’s “Jesus +” It sounds like this. Yeah, you can be a Christian, but are you promoting this conference speaker? Or, I get that you’re a Christian and all, but you’re not flying the BLM flag. I know you’re supposed to be my brother or sister in Christ, but are you doing the work of anti-Racism? There are a miriade of things that have been added, but at the end of the day they’re a false Gospel. I’ll let Paul say it, Oh foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Gal 3:1

We have examples

Dear Woke Christian,

Have you ever thought about the examples given in the Bible? We have a TON! It’s almost like God wanted us to see and avoid or follow these people, groups, churches and the such.

So I want you to think about the churches in Corinth, Galatia, and Collesae. Take some time and read up on them. This week I’m going to share why these three books in the bible are very key in showing that we don’d need CRT. See you soon.

Lived experience = idol

Dear Woke Christian,

Digging through several “woke sermons”, lectures and speeches, I’m coming to a realization. The notion of “lived experiences” is an idol to CRT. Take the time and listen to how one person’s experience is laid over everyone within that group. Say that I had a horrible experience at a major amusement park, well now this place hates Southern, bald men with 2 kids and a propencity for long social media posts. How did I make that assertion? Well my lived experience is what brought me to this revelation. Obviously, this is silly, but is it though? Isn’t this exactly what we do when we claim that ALL cops are XYZ, or ALL _______ supporters are…., or every traffic stop is…..?

Dear brother or sister, I am begging you to consider that CRT is not only a cult, it’s a deadly, damning and dangerous divisive false gospel that only serves to separte you from the Body of Christ both here on earth and in eternity. I know that’s very harsh and I only reget that I haven’t found a more severe way to sound the alarm. Run, dear Christian.

They hate you!

Dear Woke Christian,

This might come off as brash, but I have to say it. They hate you. They’ve always hated you. They don’t “love” you because you compromised. They don’t like you more because you’re saying what they’re saying. They loathe you even more. When they’re done using you, they’ll find no more value in having you around. Seeing your carted off will be their greatest joy. They hate you!

Know that CRT, or whatever compromise they’re pushing this week, is run by the one who hates your soul. Even more he hates the God you claim to represent. Think about the wicked evil heart that had to be at play to crucify our Lord. That exact same evilness is leading CRT and it wants nothing more than to see one more “christian” take the bait and be suckered into a life of dispair and worthlessness. He won’t let you off the hook because you sided with him. He want to see you miserable, doubting and compromised and you’re giving him it all.

You don’t believe me, huh? Let’s walk through a thought. If the Bible is the key to opening the prison of sin and freeing the captive, it’s fair to say that the Bible is a pretty big deal, right? Well, ask yourself why CRT folk ALWAYS use the Bible out of context and as prooftext? The priceless key is having the notches shaved off, it’s tines broken and crushed. Will that key still be able to open the lock? Now the next question I want to pose to you is if this matter of CRT was so important, why didn’t our Lord discuss it when here on earth? Again His teachings don’t support CRT and you have to wonder why your speakers are spending so much time on something Christ didn’t discuss at all.

It’s all a smoke and mirrors game. It’s meant to distract you for our wonderful Savior and focus your attention on things that not only don’t eternally matter, but honestly could be a tool of the devil to separate and divide the Body of Christ. I’ve said it before, but I mean it. Run to Christ and flee Wokeanda!

Another look at Luke 13

Dear Woke Christian,

Jesus had some very curious words for two tragedies that happened during His time. One was a huge building project that failed and one where the government came into a temple and killed several people. Let’s read the passage.

Repent or Perish

13 There were some present at that very time who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And he answered them, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered in this way? No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them: do you think that they were worse offenders than all the others who lived in Jerusalem? No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”

Do you see that Jesus didn’t start a protest, riot or a hashtag? He actually told the people what He had been saying all along, repent. It’s almost as if the temporal things weren’t nearly as important to Him as life eternal.

The notion that Jesus came to bring peace and justice in this world is a very curious approach. There isn’t anywhere in the Bible that supports that idea. We just read that He literally preached repentance when He was told about two national tragedies.

Why do you think the CRT crowd focuses on Jesus saying and doing things that He clearly didn’t say or do? I just find that so odd. What about you?

Christ has set us free

Dear Woke Christian,

I’ve said it before that CRT is a remix of the “Galatian’s heresy”. Take the time to read through the controvery at Galatia and you’ll see it. For today’s discuss, however I just want to focus on chapter 5 verse 1.

Christ Has Set Us Free

For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit  again to a yoke of slavery.

We see here that Paul has a solid grasp on Matt. 11:29 and makes it clear that our yolk of bondage has been removed by Christ. The bondage of sin done to me, sin done by me, the burden of sin doggin me at every corner, the burden of knowing I’m going to have to answer for my sin before God, all of it’s been removed.

Why do you seek to be burdened down again by the yolk of bondage to “sin”? Your CRT teachers are laying huge burdens on you and others in the Body of Christ. Jesus had some harsh words for folk who did that (Matt 23:1-5). You’re already free. CRT doesn’t make that anymore true, it actually burdens and binds you again.

Sinning to sin

Dear Woke Christian,

Let’s take a moment to talk about the James. Yes, that James, the half brother of Jesus. Here’s James 2:1-13

The Sin of Partiality
2 My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory. 2 For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, 3 and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, “You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man, “You stand over there,” or, “Sit down at my feet,” 4 have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? 5 Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him? 6 But you have dishonored the poor man. Are not the rich the ones who oppress you, and the ones who drag you into court? 7 Are they not the ones who blaspheme the honorable name by which you were called?

8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well. 9 But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors. 10 For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it. 11 For he who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” If you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak and so act as those who are to be judged under the law of liberty. 13 For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

If you survey the scriptures you’ll find that NO WHERE is there a sin of “racism”. Check me, please, I will wait. There is, however, a sin of partiality and James, inspired by the Holy Spirit, knew it was so important that he wrote 13 verses on it. As you read the passage it had to have hit you that you’re guilty of partiality trying to call out “the sin of racism”. Your teachings are actually leading you INTO sin not from it. Add to it that you often have to slander someone to call them “racist” and you’re now heaping sin upon sin.

I write DWC, because I care about you and Christ’s church. I know that CRT is a pagan doctirne. I can’t root it out of society and culture. However, I would be unloving and caring if I didn’t say that it’s a false relgion and has no place in the Church of Christ. He died to reconcile us to Himself and to one another. The Gospel is suficient. Read my previous blog posts on that.

There is enough information out there, now. I’m begging you to read up on this and to see that you’ve been duped. CRT is leading you into sin all while saying it’s not. They’re not telling you the truth and you can see it clearly in James.
