Tale of two burdens

Dear Woke Christian,

Check this video out. Can you point out to me in detail how this burden this guy is under is Christ’s burden? Matthew 11:25-30 really seems to butt up against this guys teaching. It really sounds more like this would fall under Matthew 23:4 more than anything else, but I could be wrong. Let me know.
